With 9 years of experience in ABA, Josette began her career as a behavior technician and became a BCBA in 2021. She has extensive experience in home-based services and as a school-based BCBA consultant. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she delivers services across diverse populations, emphasizing ethical, evidence-based practices that respect client autonomy.

Originally from Curaçao and based in the U.S., Gabbie holds master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health Counseling and is currently pursuing a doctorate in psychology. A BCBA, IBA, and President of the Caribbean Association for Behavior Analysis, she brings over 20 years of experience, including a decade leading her own clinic. Gabbie is passionate about mentoring professionals and delivering high-quality, impactful services to clients and families.
