Eston Greub
Behavior Analyst in Training & L&D Program Manager
Eston Greub, father of two children on the autism spectrum, combines his personal experience with his professional role as a Behavior Analyst in Training & L&D Program Manager. His journey as a parent drives his commitment to compassionate, individualized ABA services. With a strong background in learning and development, Eston focuses on creating effective training programs for ABA professionals, ensuring ethical and empathetic support for both clients and families.
Jason Lantier
Senior BCBA & MBA, LBA
Jason Lantier is a licensed behavior analyst since 2009, specializing in Autism and cognitive diagnoses. With a graduate degree in Psychology and business administration, focusing on Healthcare management, Jason has worked across diverse settings including schools, hospitals, and residential facilities. In 2017, he co-founded Path 2 Potential, LLC (P2P), a leading ABA therapy provider in New York.
Jason also co-founded LUV MICHAEL, a food company employing adults with autism, and serves as president of Angels 4 Autism, INC, a non-profit offering ABA services to underserved communities. He recently teamed up with Dr. Michael Comiskey to launch Path 4 ABA, PLLC, aiming to promote education and accessibility in ABA therapy.

Josette Abbas
Senior BCBA
Josette has 9 years experience in the field of ABA; starting out as a behavior technician and later becoming a BCBA in 2021. She has 7 years experience in home-based medical ABA and 2 years experience in the school setting as a BCBA consultant. She is bilingual in English/Spanish and has delivered ABA services in both of these languages.She has a passion for ABA and in serving her clients with ethical and evidence based treatment that also respects and honors her clients’ autonomy.
She has experience working with individuals from a very diverse background and continues to grow her knowledge both in ABA and in cultures/ languages different from her own in order to provide a better quality of services to her clientele.
       
Gabrielle Torres
Senior BCBA
Gabbie, originally from Curacao and now based in the US, holds two master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health Counseling. She is pursuing a doctorate in psychology with a focus on ABA and organizational behavior management. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Gabbie is also the President of the Caribbean Association for Behavior Analysis.
With 20 years of experience, including 10 years owning her own clinic, Gabbie is passionate about mentoring and supporting her team to better serve clients and families. Her core values of growth, inspiration, and impact drive her work and leadership in the field of behavior analysis.
